We are a florist located in downtown Cary, North Carolina. Our dedicated staff, award winning design team, outstanding service and product quality will ensure that you will allow us to earn and keep your business and continue to serve your floral needs for all occasions. We believe in long-term relationships and we want you to think of Cary Florist every time you need to place a floral order. Janice Cutler, our Marketing Director, owned Montgomery’s Florist until 2001 and reopened North Raleigh Florist in the same location in 2007. She opened Cary Florist in November of 2015. She has a degree in Marketing and International Business, has studied Horticulture at North Carolina State University as well as obtained a degree from the South Florida School of Floral Design. The staff is comprised of highly-skilled and experienced Floral Designers, Floral Consultants and Shop Managers. All staff are extensively trained in flower and plant care, as well as helping customers choose exactly the right flowers for every occasion. We make you look good, whether you are ordering for someone else, or ordering flowers to wear! We continue to support the Society of American Florist (SAF), North Carolina State Floirst Association, Cary Chamber of Commerce, Heart of Cary Association, and the Triangle Florist Association, and stay current on industry and design trends.
Janice and the Staff of Cary Florist are also very involved in the community and have sponsored events for: American Heart Association, Life Experiences, Heartwood Montessori School, Sister Cities of Cary, Carolina Arbors Retirement Community, Friends of the Chateau de Compiegne, Girl Scouts of America, and Downtown Cary Farmers Market.

However, we are happy to ensure customer satisfaction by offering replacements for those orders that do not meet our customer's expectations. Alternatively, we might offer free upgrades on future orders or a store credit. Please call us to request help with an order if you are dissatisfied. Some restrictions may apply.

A local delivery fee of $11.95 will be added to each order in Cary (excluding zip code 27519). Deliveries to Apex, Morrisville, Holly Springs, and Cary zip 27519 a fee of $12.95 will be added to each delivery. Deliveries to Garner and RTP, a fee of $14.95 will be added to each delivery. For deliveries outside our local delivery area, these fees may vary.
U.S. orders must be received before 2:00 p.m. in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time will be delivered the following day.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it. For specific times needed, the smallest window is 2 hours (ex: between 2 and 4; 10 and 12, etc..). All business deliveries are delivered between 9am and 5pm unless otherwise requested by the customer at the time the order is placed. If your recipient works outside of these hours, or leaves earlier than 5pm, please specify this on your order at the time your order is placed. As a rule, we do not leave balloons or food baskets on doorsteps. Other products, we take on a case-by-case basis, where this is primarily dictated by weather conditions.
We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day. The exception to this policy is local funeral home deliveries. We are on call for this service and are happy to deliver funeral home orders for services happening on Sunday’s in our local area.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
We can send flowers through our network of expert florists to most towns in the United States, Canada, and the rest of the world! For orders outside of our local delivery area, one of our florist partners may design and deliver your flowers. Please note that due to local availability, the florist who delivers your order may have to make substitutions to the flowers, vase, or gifts, while doing their best to maintain the overall look and feel of the arrangement you choose. We are unable to control what other florists send and cannot guarantee any specific delivery times or dates for out-of-town orders but will do our best to accommodate any requests. There may be additional fees associated with out-of-town orders. Rarely, we may not be able to find a florist to make and deliver your out-of-town order. If this happens, we will provide alternatives or cancel your order.
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country and the nature of our same-day-delivery service. Our goal is to get your order out on time. If we have to make more than a minor substitution due to flower or container availability, we will make every effort to contact you to discuss another option. If we are not able to reach you in a timely manner, we will make the decision to substitute, based on our experience and what we believe would accomplish the same goal. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays or other factors outside of our control. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
